Tomiyuki Ogawa

Graduated from Hiroshima University Faculty of Politics and Economics. Obtained LL.B, LL.M at Hiroshima University Graduate School of Social Studies. Currently an Associate Professor at Hiroshima University of Economics, and Visiting Professor at University of Western Australia, School of Law.
Born in Yu, Towa Town, Oshima District, Yamaguchi Prefecture

My area of specialty is comparative legal research concerning Family Law. In 1991 I received an Australian Government research grant to undertake research on Australian Family Law. Following this I began giving lectures on Comparative Law (Japanese Law and Asian Business Law) at the University of Western Australia Law School.
